I was just about to go here. Says company will pay entire cost...by deducting it from your allowance. What am I gonna use to replace those shirts in which 3 buttons fall off the first week I wear them now?

The leather looks, "worse for wear" apparently. Which is exactly HOW you want leather to look: worn with a nice patina. Or in Texas, we even like a barb wire scar or brand on it. No seriously that's high value and I've got a wallet and belt with scars. Of course the one piece leather belt I wear (in lieu of the company issued garbage) will actually tow a car, but I digress...

But the new look is befitting for a "modern" pilot. What the heck is a "modern" pilot?

This type of stuff literally blows, blowsssss my mind. Who comes up with this garbage? I've never seen a more out of touch management in my life.

JetBlue posts $600,000,000 million plus in net profit for the year. How can we reward the employees of this fine company this year for their hard work? Lets offer them a E-Book to download of our choosing???? F'ing genius, now everyone break for lunch, form a single file line while patting each other on the back on the way out.

I am sorry but that overcoat, without epaulettes, and <gasp>, dare I say it, without a hat, makes us all look like FA's. . .but that is what they are going for, I am sure.

Keep us unified by all looking a like. That way we all accept the same pay and benefits, classic tactics

This is a side benefit of the leather w/epaulets. When I'm commuting in uniform it's easy to identify as a pilot when headed to the cockpit to check in or at the gate as an offliner.

You got to choose yours? You must be a CA. I had only 1 choice.
