Seems like a valid reason to me.

PDRs are a great tool for us, But this is a FAR issue. I agree, this should be filed under ASAP! The FAA needs to be brought in the loop on this.

Latest info is hiring about 400 for a net of 250 for 2017.

That number is all over the place. They were saying 450 for a 300 net a month ago.

In the conference call Robin gave a different number too.(can't recall it right now but I remember it being different.)

* Have not seen any change to pilot attrition numbers -
* Plan to recruit about 200 to 300 pilots this year -

We need 250+\- a few for the aircraft we're getting this year. They'll hire what they have to to staff based on attrition. I think we have 7 retirements this year.
