And another thing.... For you VDA, RTF, RSA, cleaners, non-writeups, stand up PAs, above and beyond Lifts seeking, NPS consuming pilots. You wouldn't have to fly extra or do whatever it takes to make extra $$$ if we had a real CBA. I hope most realize that they're compensating the inadequadcies of our **** poor pay & work rules by doing this. And please stop f*cking releasing the brake until cleared to push! Your measley extra 6mins of block does nothing in the long term. Rant over

Last night my CPT called out fatigued at the end of a long 4 day for the last leg (only our 1st leg was even close to being on time-delay after delay due to weather/other late inbound aircraft). Picked up a new CPT from MCO. Super senior guy. He said he picked up the trip, RSA up and VDA back the next day. Made double for this 1 leg, overnight and DH back than I got for my last 2 weeks on 1st year pay! Said he made over $300k last year, home every night and this is how he makes a lot of extra $. I've only been here 7 months so my exposure is limited. But so far it's been senior captains that seem to have no problem doing this, despite being in negotiations... They don't read APC or BP and don't care.

Once you said MCO.... "me above all" is the saying for most of the guys that can hold Captain there. Sorry you had to see it first hand.

Had some time to kill waiting on another late inbound aircraft so I chilled in the MCO crew room for an hour and change. Only saw 1 other pilot there wearing the APLA lanyard... JFK is the complete oppposite. Not sure if being close to the training center somehow influences that or not?!

I know guys in MCO and there are the complete opposite. ALPA supporting, SOP following, and usually buy a meal and the coffee if your a first year FO.

I would love to see More unity but If one wants to be non union fine. That's their choice. But pleas be Standard and follow the SOPs.

And we need max "limo" times and conditions. We got a "limo" ala mini van with hardly any heat, from PHL to BDL (4 hrs 10 mins) starting at 10pm. After the driver had to take a leak and gas up it was more like 4:30- there's got to be a limit to this sort of thing. No additional pay because it was in the footprint.

I have called to have my limo times updated many times . Not once did they say no, they always update my limo times when I tell them how much longer it took.
