... what you are really saying is.
You want industry standard 90/69 on the bus which would be a nice payraise to where it should be. You know they won't let the 190 pay go that high so since it is at the top of the pay scales now (it is the industry benchmark) it would be decoupled and left exactly where it is. This would give all of the money to the bus and move us to industry standard. There will be a pretty big difference in pay betweeen the 190/320 but we will be industry standard

The largest aircraft in OUR fleet would be 100/69.
Then the next category IN OUR FLEET would be 90/69.
We better fix the 2 year seatlock or that will be very unfair for the new guys that can't bid off the 190 while jr guys are getting hired and going to the bus.
I am not even an ALPA volunteer anymore(that's what happens when you use your name on Internet forums)
You really are a lost puppy!

Is that standard or do you want a special carve out. I though it was others that we dividing the group.
You are not a hero. You knew the rules and a ALPA representative especially those who wanted to be on the 'silent service' (prostandards) shouldn't be such public whiner. Yet here you are whining about being let go for being a whiner.

Snoop my man
For the record I was not let go nor was I asked to leave. I put in my resignation last night. I worked in that world for AWAC for over 5 years and just over two here. Since our chair resigned I felt it was a good time to leave as well. I have never said I was a hero. I was simply in agreement with you that I have no power except for my vote just like you.
Hope you get that upgrade if you want it.

Anyone else read the latest CEO's email? I'm kind of surprised he equates trying to block NAI to blocking a company based in Georgia from flying to New York. The US has let plenty of foreign carriers gain access here. What he fails to address (and apparently fails to understand or care about???) is the flag of convenience outsourced labor that skirts labor laws and is thusly cheaper. If NAI had no plans to do that, they would keep NAS as it currently is. The 2-3 year delay wasn't a delay blocking a new company from accessing the US. That company already flies to the US. It was a delay in allowing an unprecedented business model to operate into the US. How does he fail to see that? If he truly doesn't understand that concept, I am worried about what else he doesn't understand or care about as it relates to our jobs and US airlines as a whole. Or maybe it's all of us US pilots and ALPA who are confused? Or maybe he sees this as the potential downfall of the legacy model and an opening for further proliferation of our model?

It's the internet. Conversations that would tend to end in a fist fight can now be fought without ever meeting the other person. Sadly with twitter and social media I assume it will always be this way. As a country we have lost the ability to debate without calling each other names. If you don't like APC you will want to stay far far away from bluepilots. I do think in the end even if we don't all agree on every single thing we are all on the same team.
