You just said there's not much to eat in Koreatown? Sorry, can't help you.

Maybe not your $5 footlong.....Or an In-And-Out burger (Guys did you know there's a super top secret menu there??)

I'd be down with that. I just don't think the Aloft is where we should focus our energy. DTW long stay anyone? 30 hours with literally nothing nearby.

Oh I love me some Dol Sat Bibimbap, but a man has his limits. If you think that Koreatown is on par with SFO or SAN, then sorry, I guess we can't help each other

So what is the holiday pay if you are on the "great" 3 day 10 and your 25 off is on Christmas?

What if you land in SDQ at, let's say 1 am base local time on the 25th. Do you get the 1 hour of special pay, the 4 hour layover straight pay, or both?

You'll get 4hrs extra pay. It's 4hrs or actual hours worked, whichever is greater.

The FSM says you're compensated at 2 times regular pay for hours between midnight to midnight base local time. It also says if you layover but do not fly, you get 4 hours of pay at your regular rate. In my example of landing at 0100, I worked 1 hour on Christmas, but I also had a layover there. Does that mean I get 1 hour at double pay AND the 4 hours of extra pay? I can interpret that section multiple ways in this scenario. Thanks.
