Cabin cleaners? They did away with those at United Express while I was there too. Plane was cleaned as a RON and that was it. Crew (inflight mostly) cleaned up.
I wasn't comparing JB to the regionals. I was saying that the legacies have much better pass travel benefits and they even include wholly owned carriers.

I'm all for helping a crew out if it's a quick turn, but this whole mandatory cleaning stuff is ridiculous. Having enough cabin cleaners to make the turn go smoothly and not under blocking flights with a scheduled 30 minute turn in JFK really helps keep the operation on time, but that's asking too much.

JetBlue cannot keep their profit where it was in 2015 with the aggressive delivery of aircraft they have slated. Look at deltas 3q earnings statement. There is a softening of ticketing revenue and it is predicted to only get worse. You are going to have 30 new planes with new routes generating a loss within the next year. Starting service to ATL, again, is an excercise in futility. Arguing over 10% or 15% of a tiny number is stupid. JetBlue wont have a profit like 2015 in the near future.

JetBlue's newhire classes consist of 50% people that cannot move on to a legacy either due to flight time or other issues. This is why they did that. They know they have you for your career. Why would they offer something out of the goodness of their hearts?
Um, 2016 profits will be higher than 2015.

Way to go Bubba. If it doesn't pass we have to ask for a 25% raise to get to industry standard. If it passes we only have to push for another 15%. Why would you vote to take a consession? That's what you are doing if you don't take the 8% and holidays. Not to mention going against the union.

Maybe know something about a company before telling those that work there a bunch wrong, made up info. I see a lot of companies profits falling and so far JB is not one of them. Maybe I just got hired at a good time, but my schedule and overall pay compared to my friends that got hired at United at the same time is way better. I don't have the time to waste on your other stupid remarks.

Oh wait. United wasn't hiring when I got hired. Pretty much nobody was except some regionals. So I guess my last comment isn't fair about having a better Sched since I have a couple years on my friends. Hopefully all the things you don't like about our company that you don't work for will be fixed soon.

I am glad you got on at United.
I love the bashing of the JetBlue group
"You guys want to fly to Europe making 40% less") Which one of us on here said that and if you have that type of opinion why did you even take a job here. Wow

For almost a year? Probably never even got off reserve. If I had his seniority I would leave too. But I wouldn't talk **** on JB to justify my decision. It's like in his mind he needs JB to fail in order to back up his choice.

Glad he is gone, one less immature pilot I might have to deal with.

That is my isssue. I am glad he was able to leave for the job he really wanted(just looking at his other posts)

But it's a low class move to come on here and tell us we want to fly for 40% less (that is news to me) we won't be a profitable airline and our future flights to Atl are in his words an "exercise in futility" just a low class move.
