LMAO we have to get out of the abuse mindset we got while at the regionals. Take the 8% raise in base pay and demand more and don't budge in negotiations. Hey thanks for the raise but that's not close to what I and I'm sure many of us want and expect in our first contract.

And look they are winning. We are sitting here talking about 8% when it is really only 1-3%.
Under the new PS plan we would have gotten 5% less this year equaling 1-3%.
All the while we are all acting like it's 8%.

I don't see how this changes one's vote.
There's a number or a combination of numbers and factors that will determine whether one votes yes or no.
What happens before that means little, and a better paycheck is generally a good thing.
