Can you see how training 100 and then losing 40 would cost lots of money?
If they need to hire 100 (they do), now they need to hire 140.

oh don’t get me wrong it’s absolutely a problem, I’m just it’s if those numbers are correct they are still outpacing attrition

You're making the assumption that the projected hiring numbers do not account for this level of attrition...

They do take them into account… but after personally talking to JS, this level of attrition was not forecast.
