so with this whole spirit thing now, is that gonna put a hold on negotiations for couple years?

Yea it’s definitely putting pressure on all major airlines. We’re in a great position to negotiate.

Our proposed pay increase will probably be 3%. We don’t know what would happen if we vote no; we can’t risk it. So we will vote yes. 3% is better than nothing.

Quite possibly. The one chance we had to negotiate was thrown away for a whopping 3% raise (not even half the inflation rate).

How are you yes voters feeling now that Mesa pilots are higher paid than us?

To be fair, B6ALPA thought 2% was plenty. They absolutely could not WAIT to give away scope.

Only slightly more than half of our pilots disagreed.
