Probably burnt out like everyone else. Unable to drop a single day, move a trip, or even swap trips for the same footprint. Awesome scheduling section we have going for us!

It almost looks like they are trying to drop everything in order to pick up premium/VDA/RSA.

I think you're projecting your feelings of being burnt out onto them. They are not dropping cause they're tired. They're dropping because there's money to be made.

If you're Sr and lucky perhaps on the first window. And if you're very lucky on the trade board. But putting your whole schedule on the board to drop means absolutely nothing if nobody is biting which is most likely the case.
