All those in the 190 FO are leaving after there two lock to the Airbus and they bring their seniority with them.

Exactly, this is why 90% of the time you'll have much faster seniority progression by choosing the 190 on Day 1. Hang out on the 190 for 2 years and then go to the Bus if you can hold a line. Most BOS 190 FOs I know come close to 50% seniority in base after 2 years. Pretty freakin awesome.

Nov is 2 years for me. But I have training the beginning of month
- I'm off the 16th through the 25th. I asked for thanksgiving and day before and after off but that was it. JFK 320 FO.
