I didn’t know if jumping right into the left seat with no time on the plane would be a handful but it sounds like it’s not too bad a transition.

How is it your style? I remember hearing overall it is easier training. I’m sure the FMS is much more user friendly and the VNAV looks nice.

Plane wise you will not have an issue. If you can figure out the Bus the 190 will be no problem. I actually slightly miss that plane sometimes

of course the arbitration wants that. It makes the job easier. Of course management wants to try and negotiate to look better. No give on scope ever. Our job is useless without scope. If we end up giving on this it’ll be the end of Jetblue as we know it. If the arbitrator gives in to company demands it makes every other airlines cba as nil and void

I would argue it’s better for everyone for us to attempt to come to an agreement that is acceptable to both parties. The company doesn’t have to risk an unfavorable arbitration ruling and we don’t have to risk an unfavorable arbitration ruling.
Not saying we will come to an agreement, but it certainly de-risks the situation for everyone.
