Why, if min. credit per day is 5 hours, is PTO to drop a day 4.12?

RSV days are worth 4:12 per the contract.

In 2019 CS would ask E190 JFK CAs, to do a VDA after their reserve block ended. Or you could call 2 hours before your reserve started, say you commuted in and were at the airport, and they’d immediately VDA you to a trip and wipe out your reserve. All premium pay. It was gold. Pure gold.

Isn’t if you vda into a block of rsv you’re only paid 200% for the portion prior to rsv block?

no, it’s total of trip at 200% minus 4:12 per day of RSV above guarantee.. So 4 day trip with 3 days of RSV is 27 plus hours equivalent of pay over your guarantee..this is how reserve Captains were making over 400k.

Oh yeah it was a crazy year. I just looked at my final paystub for 2019. Premium and JRA accounted for 33% of my total gross earnings that year.

here is a 4 day for you. 4 legs a day. Start at 7 am. And how about we ended at 2330 day 4.
