The difference being this black swan event was basically saved by Congress throwing money at the problem. There’s light at the end of the tunnel, but I still think there’s a long way to go in terms of paying down debt and the return of business traffic industrywide. Anyone looking to make that LCC to Legacy jump now is playing a dangerous game.

It seems that the NEA is now under investigation from the Justice Department.

Do you realize that slope of Obama's debt and Trump's debt is equal, up until the point of the pandemic? Or does your TDS just cloud your vision completely?

False. Trump had a deficit $600BN larger before Covid hit than Obama. Nice try though.

It appears you are incorrect. But, let's pretend for a moment that you were correct that Trump and O debt slope was equal and you would prove my larger point perfectly...

Trump adds debt and all his fanboys say nothing! When O or B add debt it's a national crisis again.

We need more tax cuts for billionaires. If they pay nothing, or even better get a credit by the government the debt magically shrinks.

Its science.

Total federal spending > revenue.

Discretionary spending as a percentage of total spending has been decreasing since the 80’s while the percentage of non discretionary spending has increased and is increasing at an increasing rate. Ie unstable.

Until the left want to deal with non discretionary spending they, the media and its sheeple will continue to deflect blame towards others.

it is classic leftest diversion of attention and narrative framing to an issue that is a non factor.
