Others may know more than I do, but i've been in the pool for a year and each monthly update I get has less and less specific information. There is no mention of anything to us other than "we still intend to bring you on". I really don't think they know when they will spool up again and more so, when they will open the window. The last time they reported it we had 189 in the pool.
The rumor that's been floating around from guys transitioning through the school house over the last couple months has been August. Have seen that one pretty consistently and seems plausible assuming the vaccine becomes effective and we don't have a 4th spike.

Honestly just proofread as you fill it out. For the resume any of them...but I just had buddies look at mine and proof it, and looked at lots of examples I thought were good and made it my own. Every so often I’d go over it and continue to proof/modify it. I don’t think spending money on that kind of stuff is necessary, at least for JetBlue. There aren’t any tricks or anything. Just my opinion though. Worth what you paid for it.

I used Cage to put a resume and cover letter together. It was like 150ish if I remember right. Small price to pay knowing you’re handing over a professional resume that you can feel confident in. I also used them for some prep work, but that’s just to get you in the interview state of mind. They’ll hone your skills, but it’s your personal stories that you’re gonna be telling. You wanna be able to think quickly on your feet and deliver a good, concise story with just the right amount of detail. Most are customer service based. A few piloting ones. I had a company one also (tell me about a time you represented your company to another employee). Did a lot of story telling in front of the mirror, on the phone (with cage), and took video of myself with the phone. I felt like all the prep work paid off during the interview. I know some folks who didn’t do much of a prep and didn’t get the job. If you get a shot at an interview, I’d make the most of it. Just my opinion

So you admit that furlough protections won't be needed, but you'll still vote YES on a TA that includes furlough protection as a carrot?
I don't understand. It's like a salesman saying "Hey the undercoating is a scam" and you saying "Oh I know, but I'll pay for it anyways."

To use your analogy, I’m the guy who comes into a car dealership and doesn’t listen to the sales job. I’ve read consumer reports, know what the car is worth’s down spent hours doing my own research.
Just because the dealership advertises that the car you want is good in the snow, do you not buy the car because you live in San Diego? I admit, living in San Diego, I won’t need the handling in the snow, but I’m not going to pass on the car simply because I don’t live near snow, right?
analogies aside, I filled 4 PDR’s and talked to the committee members for more than a few hours prior to finalizing my vote. Y’all seem to think that I decided to say yes and didn’t do my homework? I spent hours upon asking union folks questions. I get that I’m on the minority on this board. But please don’t assume that I am less intelligent or less informed because I’ve come up with a different answer.

We view it differently...

Most wouldn't automatically say less intelligent or less informed, but maybe more trusting of whisper hints of good things, more willing to believe "we wouldn't do that" and unwilling to push for an actual contractual gain worthy of selling your FC-FC/FC-Int scope. Much less whether you SHOULD sell your FC-FC/FC-Int scope in the first place. But if you come to the conclusion you should, at least be willing to demand something contractually valuable in return.
Just this girl's opinion.

Also a minority in the group overall, remember, vote and all?

The problem with this forum is that it becomes an echo chamber. Many (me included) thought this LOA was going to fail by a much larger margin. And while I read many good arguments that informed my no-vote, I didn't feel there was space for people to openly discuss their reasons to vote yes. By not doing so I fear we lost a huge opportunity for opinion building.
I applaud his willingness to continuously engage where most yes voters won't even bother with poking the hornets nest. If I had been a yes voter, I certainly wouldn't have bothered posting on this forum...

Maybe a minority on this site, but you really can't call him a minority when the vote more or less was split 50/50.
