JetBlue Latest and Greatest
I don’t see how Jetblue could drag it out for years, but then again I’m playing checkers and they’re playing chess.

IF....we are so lucky to get another opportunity to give relief to our CBA? You have Stockholm syndrome homie. I’ll keep the remainder of my section 1 intact, thanks. Unless there are compelling reasons to amend it. Allowing AA/eagle to fly focus city to focus city, and do all our international, for 2% (paid for with TLV reduction), ain’t one. But you are just giddy about giving more scope relief, and think we would be lucky to get an opportunity to negotiate scope for mere peanuts? Pathetic.

Doc I don't understand your chain of thought. It seems like its wayyy too easy for you to just give relief. Why? And I'm asking to understand your point of view because I don't get it. I could easily chock it up to maybe you're a mgmt personnel but that's too easy. So again, Why? Why do you think its our opportunity when we are the ones that are giving up something?

I agree with this. I don’t care about more negotiations; I just want a cease and desist.

Go to Federal Court. Seek an injunction. As arrogant as your “leadership” is, it would likely be granted. Then if they want something they have to show up and negotiate. Or not but the option to disregard is no longer an option
We have a mandated administrative law process under the RLA and the CBA. Injunctive relief in Federal Court is not part of that process.
So since the company can just disregard the contract on a whim and say grieve it, is the precedence set for pilots now whenever we don’t feel like following the cba we can just tell crew services “ nehh maybe next time, grieve it if you want”
