Everything.

They wrote 3 pages and it's now different for every situation.

Fun fact, crew services can now reduce our check-in time for a DH

Out @#$#(&(* Standing. I'll read it after I go duty. ALPA needs to issue every pilot one of these.

What shenanigans are you referring to? Most other airlines will pay their instructors at what seat/airframe they could hold. They can hold CA, they choose not to and instruct.

IMO it is BS you have these guys pulling in 90 hours month of pay whether they tech or not, then going out and flying the line at premium rates with RSA days. Don't get me started on the 91 only pilots as well.

If they are that short on pilots that they need the instructors to fly they definitely need to hire more. I have seen sim sessions affected as well because the instructors trip interfered with the sim session...

I'm not sure what you mean by if they teach or not. We get 12 days off (regardless of 30 or 31 day month) per month and we work a minimum of 6 hours per day (at least 2 - 3 times a month we work 10-12 hour days for some lessons). So that gives us 108-114 hours in the school house per month at a minimum. And you don't think we should get a 90 hour guarantee?

As far as your second point goes, I can understand (somewhat) your point. However, I've not seen (in my two years at the schoolhouse, anyway) any event that hasn't gotten covered one way or the other. If I were to go back to the line and work 18-19 days I could get the same hours at the end of the month - would I then be entitled to pick up RSAs on my days off at premium pay? And if one of those RSA trips interfered with my next trip, they would modify that next trip and use a reserve to cover it, no? That's exactly what happens in the school house. I'm just unsure of where your animosity is stemming from.

Reserve line pilots get 12 days off a month at 75 hours. I think those are 10 hour shifts. Junior guys get 10 hour 3 days on the bus. Guys working 20 days a month to get 80 hours. Guys on the 190 flying three 1 hour legs getting paid 3 hours for that day because they fly 7 hours the day before and it's a 10 hour 2 day. But for those 3 hours they are at work for well over six. At least your getting a 5 hour min calendar day.

Well, according to the negotiators, they are trying to get a CBA which has instructors flying more and paid based on what seat the Instructor holds. Guess you won't be happy with those "shenanigans" either.
