In 6 years been out with an entire bus crew twice. First time I was a junior FO. Vegas overnight. Number one brought her boyfriend and a martini shaker. 2 was a week off IOE. Number 3 was just pure fun. Two of them knew bartenders in LAS and offered to get us free beers. As we’re sitting there at Senior Frog’s sipping free beers and watching the FAs get balloon animals of two dogs mounting each other, the Captain looks over at me and says....take this in because this is the ONLY time this will happen in your entire career here. Number one made us all drinks at the pool later. After riding the mechanical bull and whiskey shots at a country bar.

On the 190, been out with an entire crew 3 times. Nothing beats the “Taste of Syracuse.”🤣

Stand by for incoming VETO....turns out $900B of the $980B Covid relief bill has nothing to do with Covid relief, who would have suspected?

An old investment advisor I used to follow used to say " whatever the name of a bill in Congress is, it generally does exactly the opposite"....

I think it depends on when the company actually gets the funds. Looks like we fit under example #2. If the funds are disbursed in January, the higher MMG values would apply for Feb. Looks like reserves would get normal MMG plus 10 (85) hours and lineholders normal MMG plus 12 (82) hours for February?

So do you have to be qualified on landings to attend recurrent? I thought that was the point of recurrent. Got message asking if I’d be willing to come a day prior to recurrent to get current for recurrent. Huh?

If you go non-current it’s a different course. RQ-0 involves a one-leg OE and a line check. If you stay current you avoid this.

I’m surprised they got rid of the 150 day extension

If you have not lapsed in Qualification and don’t have the 3 Takeoffs/landings, then you might be assigned LDG-0 or RQL Training. Which it can be RQL-0/1/2. Each has different requirements, with RQL-0 being just the 4 hour SIM and RQL-1 adds the OE/line check requirement.

If you have lapsed in Qualification, you go to RQ Training. Reference Info Notice 2020-F004TR or our AQPM Manual Chapter 4.
