And nobody thought guys would fly airplanes into buildings. How about age 67? Or maybe less frequency but larger planes. I'm just saying I would not use a flow (which can and has changed at anytime) as my deciding factor. But that is me. Aviation history shows that they come and go.

Hi;
I have a somewhat unrelated question. I was stuck at MCO, I
m a 36 year pilot and discovered an amazing new hotel and the manager is happy to offer crew rates. It's in Lake Nona a new area just south of the airport. The hotel is awesome. Much better then anything on the other side of the airport. Where can i post this information.

I see a ton of overweight, burger eaters in the left seat
Its not even a matter of flow, just add up the retirements. As far as B6 goes, they cant compete no matter what kind of CBA is passed-And they better hurry up with an industry standard or theyll only have highschool educated, dui recipients that root for the Redsox.

All true, but the numbers are overwhelming this year alone. Take a look in 5 years- Even if they move the retirement back till 68, how many are gonna stay and how many will be able?

I did 7.5 years at one and that was enough.

Honestly I don't care.I know nothing I say will change your view of JetBlue. I was just pointing out that in history the flow has been something that has worked and has not worked. But if you thing guys should go to a regional vs JetBlue than I don't know what to tell you.

Can someone let me know how the phone interview works? Specifically, I am currently overseas flying contract ISR and my phone is turned off. If I'm lucky enough to get a phone interview, will they send an email and coordinate a time or simply try calling out of the blue, which in this case does me no good?
Thanks!

I chose B6 over any regional, however B6, for the moment, is just a good paying regional with slightly better reserve. Thats reality, not bashing.

They'll schedule a time. Go to the JetBlue forum list for the Phone Interview specifics.

I wasnt even addressing you- I was at 2 regionals and B6 is far better. Im saying that in the current atmosphere with hiring and retirements, Its a decision that newcomers have to think about- It isnt a no-brainer. Why do you get so offended when someone says anything about your precious blue- Its distorting your reactions.
I'm just saying aviation history proves my point to not bet on a flow that is all full stop. My reactions are as distorted as your but I guess in reverse.
