And with much of the attrition coming from the bottom of the list, very few scheduled retirements and a slow aircraft delivery rate, upgrade times will only become longer.

Also keep in mind we have no retirements, 230 aircraft and only 100 aircraft on order. Unless our orderbook changes drastically, we have ALREADY hired our last captain. The only exception might be a few random permanent E190 plugs in Boston.

I find only 100 airplanes on order to be funny. How many would you like us to order? Think wall st hates us now go order a ton of planes and watch them freak. But yes you are right unless things really change it's going to be a slow upgrade. And as we all know orders can be cut at anytime.
