GIS SUCKS no other way to put it. Call them often to show them you are monitoring your case. They are just verifying employment. If they don't get an answer they will ask you for W2s. GIS needs to go!!!

I have already been asked for W2s. I had to go through each years old tax return but was able to come up with the past 5 years worth. I hope that alone is enough to prove where I worked.

This will be an example of your experience at jetblue. For everything.
Healthcare, hotels, insurance, 401K mgmt, etc.
A company called sterling used to do the background checks. We were told this new company would be faster and more efficient. Turns out they are probably just cheaper.
I never called sterling once. My check was done without any intervention from me and in a timely manner. Some didn't have that experience, but this new company blows.
This is every lifecycle at jetblue now. "Hey...we're switching cause this is better"

Get used to it.
Should be obvious from the get go. Who interviews a professional in a large room where SIX other interviews are being conducted simultaneously? Why does it take so long from interview to class date (many times well over 6 months) when other carriers can do it in 2 months? Why is it that you are asked little, if any, questions about aviation during the interview?
Warning signs.
