Not long at all. Depending on when you are hired you would probably get awarded it in the next system bid (comes out 1st week of March, June, Sept, Dec) and then 2-4 months after the system bid you would be in BOS.

It takes about 1 week after the interview. That is unless they recently changed things up.

I bet you are painful to fly with. I'd guess constantly complaining for 4 days straight and only talking about yourself. But you probably think you're one of the cool ones. I'd guess you start your brief with the fact that you're laid back, and once the door closes you're anything but.

All civilian: Instructor, Night freight (single pilot MU2 part 135), fractional, 121, part 61 flight school owner, 142 instructor/evaluator, published safety author, NBAA events invited speaker, neither Kool Aid consumer or naive.

Interviewed Feb 25th.
Commuter. Also from Texas.
