Unless they lose your entire e-mailed file twice. Date of birth, SS#,employers, personal info, drivers license; you know, the identity theft starter kit. I had to get Lifelock for 2 years.

Or unless they don't receive some part of the inquiry and just set your file aside until you ride them to get it done. I had an October interview and didn't clear for class until late January due to the FAA registry not turning FOIA files around quickly. After Sterling telling me they could do nothing I made calls until i got a genuine manager-level at Sterling. The file was magically done in 2 days. I could have saved myself a month and 25 numbers on the list had I recognized sooner what the holdup was..

I'm taking it out in Blue Chips and Cheez it currency. Figure I'll eat about a quarter million dollars worth over 20 years.

I have posted this before...I constantly warn my friends in phase two...GO AND GET THE RECORDS YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a RRIA issue where my company dragged its feet, then snail mailed it then nobody could find it.
Finally I had enough and did it myself. I got my DL records 15 yrs worth, College Transcripts, Highschool, PRIA, my entire training file, and I forget but there was something else. Literally that week I was offered the next class which was at the end of the month.
Don't let other people control your life and seniority. Be proactive. It's your career.

I just finished phase II on the 15th. Took me 2 months and 8 days. I didn't have any problems, only had military and 1 regional. I did call GIS just about every week to see if they needed anything. Only issue was initially they didn't seem too sure about who to talk to in the Navy to verify. I mentioned the DD-214 and they jumped on it. Emailed it in and that was it.

I was under the impression that they wouldn't start pulling from that pool until the app window reopens in January...
