Hi, I am brand new and this (Dec) will be my first time bidding. Can someone tell me how to check my relative seniority. How can I see who is ahead of me and who is behind in my base/plane? I looked through Flica and PBS, but couldn't find anything.

Thanks

We don't have a great system for this. Your best bet is to look at the last system bid results in flica. You can look at the pdf monthly bid awards in crew planning to see who is getting what per base/seat.

CrewTrac web has a bid qualification list.

System bid results will not be in FLICA until you complete one system bid. Next one is the start of December. Best bet to see where you are for now is to look at the monthly bid results and see where your number fits in.

I think it usually opens up in March, around the WAI job fair.

Anyone interview in Sept/Oct that's in Phase II hear back yet?

A few pages back it seems like some people went from phone screen to class in just a couple months, while others it's taking even longer.
