I got my "congratulations" email late last week and still haven't received a 2nd with the phone screen schedule. It seems like some got the 2nd email right away and others are waiting a week or more. Could any recent hires shine some light on the process? If we got the congrats email should we just sit back and relax?

I had V1 on the last app window nd this one. 6900 tt, 600 topic, over 4000 pic. BS Engineering, 2 classes Way from. Masters degree, 20+ years volunteer work. 1 internal rec. App in for 7+ years. No call.
