I applied in the window, and called (or emailed, I cannot remember which) the ViB people and asked to get an invite. I went to ViB got a call for an interview a week later. That was feb of 2015. They do a great thing at ViB....it's worth your while.

I realize this is a dumb question, but those who got the Congrats email, that says expect to be contacted soon for a phone screen, did you respond to the email?
From the few I've talked to, they told me that they just waited for the next email from recruiting to come, which schedules the phone interview, but I'm just getting antsy since its been a few days.

You should automatically get an invite if you indicate you're a vet in your app. It will probably come after the window closes IIRC.

I went through the alphabet one letter at a time to see what would list. Then just used all the applicable ones. Probably had around 10 total.
