I absolutely hate it when people take not getting a call as a personal slap in the face. I'm reasonably certain that they didn't specifically look at your application and say, "Nope, not this guy". We've got several thousand apps on file and chances are yours just didn't hit the odds and that's why you didn't get the call. Don't be "Over it," just keep updating your times and reapplying. If a similar or better offer comes along in the meantime, take it. I can understand your frustration, but don't take it personally.

I won't disagree with you; it just highly frustrating. 9 years of applying to every window, staying on top of the company happenings and events, and then (not that they don't deserve a shot) someone who applied once or twice, no tpic or extra carricular activity gets a call with minimal time and experience. Not entitlement, I'm too old for that generation, just merely frustrated.

It seems in the past, that they stretch it out a bit, so don't give up hope yet.
As for a question recently, I'm told that they do pay attention to how many times you've applied. I do believe that to be 2nd or 3rd hand or more information so I don't know how true it is. Good luck to all of you.

There is still a shot for everyone who applied. I applied last August and didn't get an email for a phone interview until December.

Still haven't heard back. Anything for you? I know someone who works there and they say that its really busy right now. Just find it strange that most people get the follow up email same day to schedule the phone screening and its almost been a week now since the first one was sent.
