For the PTO, once you hit the 100 hours, is there a limit on the sell back @ 150%? If there isn't, selling back your monthly PTO can add a significant amount to your paycheck.
Also, is there occurrences for using your PTO like the regionals?

You can sell back any PTO above 100hrs for 150% pay. There aren't any restrictions on occurrences of PTO usage, but they do watch things like sick calls (which you can use PTO to get paid sick). PTO accrual is 9hrs/mo up til year 5. You can bank up to two years worth of accrual before you hit the cap. Once you hit the cap you don't gain PTO until you use/sell some to get below the cap.

Doesn't look like it. This is where the real job posting will show up:

I guess it depends on if you want to use it or get paid for it.
Thanks for the info.

Using it just became a larger issue with the recently imposed dependability policy. While selling PTO is a benefit having a dependability policy controlling a single bank for sick, vacation and PTO has becoming an negative.

When you say vacation, can you expand? Do you not start with 1 week vacation and increase with longevity? From what I'm gathering, your PTO is everything? Can you use at your leisure? I'm not familiar with this method, sorry.

Sick time and Vacation credit come out of same pot. Get too sick and your vacation is wiped out. The total allotment is WAY below industry standard. Just another fix they won't get around to for another three years. But that's okay. They took away the premium trigger.

Jetblue has always sold PTO to the pilot group as a method to make extra money by selling it back. It has always told the pilots this time is for your vacation or personal use. With the inception of the dependability policy PTO is no longer for use at your discretion. The airline is notoriously understaffed which makes using PTO to drop a trip nearly impossible. Should you decide to call in sick you are now subjected to a dependability policy review at the discretion of your chief pilot which can lead to discipline.
You will notice that the vacation period allotments are incredibly scarce in months other that trough periods. This is a major complaint amongst pilots because most cannot get a holiday week or summer vacation week unless their seniority resides in the top 20%.
In short, PTO is for personal use provided usage falls within a period of time designated by Jetblue which doesn't interfere with IROP's, holidays, summer months or peak flying periods.
Sick time at a major airline becomes a fiscal responsibility year over year for the airline. PTO and its expiration or limited accumulation is Jetblues method of circumventing this industry standard benefit.
