Military, retired, current flying job is gov contract. No job fairs, although he is scheduled to go to VIB this week also.
In new hire class, a VIB representative came to speak with us, said to email him if we had any good candidates for him. I sent an email with the resume, and a follow up once the window opened. Looks like it might have worked.

Just got an email saying to expect phone call as well, anyone will like to chime in regarding the call? Other than flight hours what other questions to expect? Will they call to South America? Since I am currently flying for Colombian carrier in Bogota and the phone number listed is here in Bogota. Thanks for the heads up!
