I wasn't anti-ALPA. I was anti-merger with XJT. And apparently I wasn't in the minority given that they STILL aren't together years later.

The only thing that status quo applies to are things signed for in the PEA. Like, they can't just change the pay rates... but they can change the FSM all day because the PEA says Per the FSM. Not as it was, but as it is written... today via the email you just got.

Well after some further review and talking to some knowledgable folks, I think you are actually more correct than I was about this. The guy I talked to believes the company can change every word in the FSM and we can't do a thing. He referenced the recent ruling against the Allegiant pilots. Scary thought.
