The company's stance from what I've read is that if people could afford their deductibles then more people would use their insurance, which the company says would cost them more money.
Is this from the company or the pvc or bpf?
I am not saying you are wrong I just have not seen this.

RVR, that's all fine. I'm quite bitter towards the negative types, and I would tell any of them exactly what I think to their face (and have). I think they are irrational, and need to take a step back and look around. The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence. They will be the same negative people at Delta, and I hope they go.
We do however have a few things that are legitimate complaints. Insurance in my opinion is one of them. The dependability policy is not (well maybe the implementation but not the actual policy).
All of us are in this together. The seniority system marries many of us to our current airline. Some will get hired elsewhere but most will stay. That fact makes negotiating as a collective entity a very important thing. If I could leave here and get hired at a different airline at the same seniority then an individual contract would work just fine, like it does in the executive management world. Barger can go get hired as the CEO of American (obviously just an example) but the number one guy on our list would go to American swinging gear. It makes no sense but that's the world we live in, and it's not going to change.

I agree completely that we have very legitimate complaints, and insurance is a big one. I just have a major problem with the constant complaining.
Hopefully we have the vote soon, as that will silence some of it.

Actually I wasn't attacking you and my apologies if that how my post sounded. But I appreciate the push back. Going forward I will be more transparent with my post while ensuring the organic nature of the commentary is not misunderstood.
Happy jetting.

Just do me a favor and add some more color next time so I would know on a go forward basis, that way we can collaborate but not negotiate.
Thanks for not flying jetblue.

Hi Guys, have a few friends at JB and trying to figure out how to allow them to provide me with internal recommendations. Last couple of times you'd receive an email from HR that you would pass on to your JB insiders. Not so this time. How is it done?
Thanks
Thanks
