Oh, it's gotta be true then...like the time the hotel van driver said we're getting wide bodies.

...a bit of a subject change, but:
FYI, for those of you reading the thread who are in Phase II, I'd recommend keeping an eye on Sterling. My process hadn't gone anywhere according to the website [showing searches completed] in about three weeks. I finally called yesterday to inquire, and sure enough it had stalled out and nobody had noticed it.
There's got to be a better way....but till there is don't assume the process will move along promptly on its own.

Emergency assignment
Got emergency assigned for the first time the other day.
It was on day 1 of a 4 day. The only day that got disrupted was day 1.
Am I correct; I only get JA pay? I would have to go past the end of the original ending on day 4 to get premium pay as well?
Rainmaker shows about 6 hrs of JA pay. Is that $20 for a first year guy or $20+50 = $70? I.e. Did I go through that pain for $120 or $420?
Last question, what is BLKCR on the far right?
Thanks

If you were extended, you could argue that G.22 applies and you should get premium plus ja for a minimum of 5 hours.
Call a scheduling rep they'll walk you through it and make sure you get paid correctly.

Were you taken off of segments or extended? If you were removed you should have been pay protected for those segments and paid hourly rate plus ja for what you flew. FSM E.5.2

I think I'll only get JA. I think you have to be extended past the end of original footprint for premium.

I believe that is correct. Blkcr is block credit. It the original flights you had. So I think you would get your added flight at regular plus JA which is 40%. The lucrative disruptions come when you move far outside the original footprint, but that also means you didn't get to go home.
