Tried to swap green resv days for Oct. Was denied. So instead tried UTO and it worked. Not understanding why swap wouldn't go an UTO did. All days involved had green.
Also, I attempted one prior swap but some of the "swap" boxes couldnt be checked on FLICA. How far in advance does a swap have to be to be done? (Ex: If I look at tomorrow the swap box can't be chosen on tomorrow's date) thanks!

I received the offer letter and a request for my travel needs. Nothing regarding actual training or lodge info. I believe we may recieve all that tomorrow, from what I heard it goes out the Friday before.

Once you start a block of rsv days, you cannot swap out of rsv days that pertain to that sequence. You can only add to it, and adding to it will not make you eligible for LCR (e.g. if you started a block of 3 days, you get SCR for all 3. Adding a 4th day, after you have begun the 3 days, does not then make you eligible for LCR on the 2nd day). This is to prevent, for example, getting LCR for 3 days in a block of 5, then swapping out of your last 2 days, thereby circumventing the rationale behind the eligibility for LCR.

Yes it helps. I am 99.9% certain I would not have gotten such a quick interview call without going to vets in blue. I had no internals.
