Indoc is about 5-6 days. Then some will/might take a 10 day break. If not, you'll get about 2 days off and then start FTDs.
I stated April 1st, had to take the 10 day break, then finished sims on May 15th ish.
You work about 4-5 days on then get about 2 off during sims. It varies. Others can chime in.

What determines the break? Do you just get to choose?

if the break is offered, it is awarded in seniority order when bidding for aircraft.

How is Boston looking for a young guy in the next class?

What are the openings?

I'm guessing I'm going to be back of the pack in the bidding.

Most likely can get BOS on initial new hire bid and if not you'll be able to hold it on the quarterly system bid. JFK and BOS always have openings.

I would bet BOS 190 will be your ticket. YMMV, however.

Is seniority entirely age-based?
