Ha! Of course to each his own, but I strongly preferred Kew to Ozone when I was on reserve or commuting to JFK (many moons ago). The company shuttle, eating and gym options made it as tolerable as reserve could be as a commuter.

Agreed. Grabbed one out of training - all male And all pilots, no drama - but the Kew seems better. It appears most transport issues solved or at least expense minimized. Air train reduces schedule at night and when I leave JFK past 2200 it's packed like sardines. Gonna miss Richie's Gym at $5 a day pass though. Of course, you have to immediately decide which gang you want to join when you get there. Cardio? There's a boat anchor over in the corner. Go drag it around the parking lot. Plates? Nah, there's cinder blocks and chains over there.

The work release workout partners at Richie's gym? I can't imagine why anyone would want reserve in FL?

Doesn't seem that bad...

Oh man Richie's gym was awesome ! Dumbbells that went up to 165 ! All old school equipment and a real mans gym. Cheap as hell too, I don't think they were really ever a established business , more like some dudes who found a vacant warehouse and was like nobody is going to mind .

Kew is way better of a place tho, I have spent years in both and Kew is hands down the way to go for those looking . They both have their ups and downs but I think Kew Gardens takes the cake.

BREAKING NEWS!

jetBlue will now be farming potatoes in T5. According to the email, to help sustain profitability we've taken to "sustainability." This new development comes at the heals of reality that jetBlue cant run an airline, so lets take up farming!

I literally died when I read this email! Yes, we really will be farming potatoes in T5!

Just today the airline profile for Jetblue here on APC changed hiring from yes to no.

Any info to the validity of that change and does that change those who have interviewed recently?

Thanks in advance.

Yes we're hiring. No we're not accepting any new applications. The application window will open again at an undisclosed date in the future.

Thanks for all you do
