They are rewriting our PEA language again!
Good news is they are removing the non compete language and supposedly clearing up the automatic renewal of the agreement language.
Bad news, premium is still gone, and sick and vacation accrual, vacation allotment, health benefits, and true merger protections are still trailing industry average.

Hey knucklehead there wasn't anything arrogant about my post.
When this outfit started we were the only ones hiring. We got whoever we wanted because those high time experienced pilots needed a job and, again, we were the only ones hiring.
Today, those types of pilots are not as prevalent therefore we are hiring what is out there.

That's right. Best quote of the call.
What a joke. Policy change via accidental email.
Wait there might be a better one now.
"If we lose pilots it's actually helpful, because we replace them with a first year pay pilot".

I am amazed this guy has a job. How does the airline put up with his comments.
Just wait a few weeks and the crew who brought you the "nonwhatsoever" stickers will make the "If we lose pilots it's actually helpful, because we replace them with a first year pay pilot" version.

That could easily be turned into... Coo says he prefers inexperienced pilots because they're cheaper. Probably make a nice bag tag!
And yes I know the difference between a new pilot and a "new" pilot. That's not The point here.

I like the bag tag idea.
"Sorry 'bout the landing, but what do you expect for $49?"
Shorter/to the point would be the "CREW" bag tag with "CHEAP" written across it.
More subtle: "PILOT/B" (/B in military aviation nomenclature means "expendable unit")
