Yea one of our technically savvy guys got a hold of the hacked list. Mostly for the guys who where paranoid about leaving their women home alone while they go save the world in a blue jet.

Rant:

I believe we should do away with the "no fly list" and have our schedules hours after the CAs. The reason being is that there's so much swapping that the no fly list is almost pointless. How about your schedule posted same day / next day after CAs vs the 10th?!? Most will probably disagree but most weirdos we have are bareable.

Disclaimer; probably can still run schedules same day with no fly list?

YOU ARE SITTING RESERVE WITH NO PAY GUARANTEE!
You are wrong. Read the FSM. You don't have to accept a VDA until they call you, and then you still have options. You can accept an assignment you like, and decline one you don't like. So not really abiding same RSV rules. Which part you don't understand?

The way I understood it was that RTF you were not obligated to answer the phone and even if you did you had the right to refuse the assignment. RTF pays at straight pay.

VDA was paid at 190% and you are not obligated to answer the phone but if you do, you were required to accept. Ive never done VDA but thats how I understood it. Ill have to look it up.

Call out is different. RTF is (usually) called first before all reserves and in seniority order if more than one RTF. VDA, you are a last resort sort of thing.

Its in the iPad and id look but its way over there, and I'm way over here.

C.14 in the fsm. 3 Rd paragraph.

Not required to accept if assignment touches day off... if you don't know the rules of the game you will never know if your opponent is cheating.

To the people who have gotten a call or email, does your application status change when they contact you?
