Default FAA keeps pink slips

Thanks in advance
Yes, FAA keeps track of check ride failures. No biggie, just disclose.

What I put down for my checkride bust was basically what's in my logbook. Which ride was it, date, airport, examiners name, and what happened. Other than that I couldn't find any documentation without digging too hard.

Thanks for the input from everyone. What I ended up doing what type up a short narrative in Word about what happened, and how I learned/progressed after the failed ride. Hopefully that's sufficient!

Well, just got a nice Jet Blue Pool update, which is very beneficial. Highlight below:

"As of August 11th there are just over 100 in the pool. We have just finished filling the August 26th new hire class (with close to 20 pilots) as we continue to pull from the April 14th interview date (we are over half way through). May 29th interview date will be next. Our next new hire class is scheduled for September 23rd. Please no phone calls with requests for earlier dates. We will call you when it is your turn. Remember class sizes and dates are subject to change and we had classes over the summer which historically we do not due to summer flying schedules. We also have interviews scheduled for September 29th. "

Good luck to all of us that are swimming, awaiting phase 2 completion, or interviews.

JetBlue or jetBlue? Even the website has it both ways. The application seems to use JetBlue... Any opinions?

I'd use JetBlue. They sent an internal email a couple years ago telling us to only use the jetBlue spelling for trade-marked, pr-type communications. I doubt that they'd ding you either way as an applicant. Just make sure you write Airways, not airlines 😎

Lowercase j is a logo, not name. Don't use lower case. Even JB capitalizes it in paragraph/sentence form. Just because our logo isn't a picture, don't confuse the brand characters with normal English writing.

Couple application questions. Are you guys putting anything in the certifications page? It asks for a state and expiration date, among other things, neither of which is applicable to an ATP license. What are y'all doing? Since I am currently an airline pilot, I would think it is assumed I have that certificate. Same with medical, FCC radio, etc.

Supporting documents:
Are you guys putting anything in here? Pics of your certificates? External or internal letters of rec?

Thanks.

I left Certs blank, ATP, medical INFO goes elsewhere. This is a generic category used for other JB positions. ( 6-11 interview).
