I'm not sure where you're getting 7% from. Looking at the T Rowe Price site, it's at 3.97% year to date.
Im trying out the EZTracker for a year just to see how it goes. I'm in the aggressive fund and am at 3.49% year to date. I figure it's worth giving it a shot and a good counterbalance to my IRA, which I manage on my own. At the very least it's an interesting take on what the market is doing each month.

No worries. I get confused about how well my retirement is performing. T Rowe Price could definitely improve their layout.

Otherwise, check your hotel guide on Comply 365, there's hotel information listed in there that includes crew rates for each of our hotels. It looks like the JFK Hilton is $132 a night.
There are other options, but I don't know of about them since I just go to the crashpad.
