Red bad
That operates in accordance with system logic.
What does the QRC/QRH say? Do that.
6R logic....
Pull back trees smaller gets slower
Push forward trees bigger goes faster
If you can identify the correct hydraulic system and draw it for flap operation you pass.

Anyway...don't worry about the gouge. It is a simple airplane and if you have half a brain you'll pass without any issue. IMHO much better way to go through initial than the Airbus, which can be complicated. You can easily identify a new-hire E190 pilot from a new-hire A320 pilot...the Airbus newbies are busy studying their buts off. The E190 newbies are the ones hanging out at the pool with beer and BBQ.
Have fun and welcome aboard!

Forgot to bid - download quizlet - there are some good flashcards on there for limits and lights and switches questions. As others have said, don't over prepare, they'll teach you all you need to know.

The most movement Ive seen since 2013 is JFK 320. Before that-not sure. Anyone have the current data?

We had a non-player hired here a few years ago who went to management and tattle because he got the gouge. Then he turned in a captain for inappropriate cellphone usage (didn't have the guts to talk to said captain personally). Then he threatened to sue the company when airplane graffiti with his name was found on airplanes. Have fun with this guy, United pilots!

Does Jetblue have their own full medical exam? I recall reading that they require pilots to have 20/20 correctable vision, does this mean that pilots who do not meet this standard but have a 1st class medical with a waiver won't be considered?

no medical exam. My understanding is that you are fine if you can hold a 1st. class medical (waiver or not).
