System bid question - and perhaps update for those seeking FLL:

Awards just came out. I bid FLL and was not awarded it (only 8 slots and they did not go entirely senior). As this was labelled a March bid with a June transfer (correct?), Can I assume the one that comes out in June, would be to transfer by September? (thus forgoing another winter in JFK). I was a Nov 2014 class so that would make the transfer time nearly a year to hold FLL.

You must be in the know because I don't see the system bid results anywhere.

I think you're looking at the results from the last bid. The one that closed yesterday will take a few days to come out. (It totally disappears in Flica and will reappear with the results)

That one will have a transfer date no later than Aug 31

It's in there. It was published almost immediately following the closing of the system bid.

That's the June bid from December. The September bid from March has not posted yet.

You're sure about that?

In Flica you see the awards for the Sept System Bid?

$3 for a beer. Our whole class went over for a drink during the "soft" opening after we got out one day. While it's certainly not the place to black out and start dancing topless on the bar, there is nothing wrong with having a couple and shooting pool to unwind.

It is a very nice facility...for 2 or 3 nights... for 6.5 weeks, I am EXTREMELY happy I am at a residence inn. I can control what and how much I spend to eat, as I sit here munching on a monster 3 egg omelet I just made in my kitchenette for probably $3 or $4, and that is a huge deal for me.

Not to mention, you can probably claim $70 bucks a day on your taxes for not getting per diem while in training. Not so for the Lodgers and their meal plan.

Wow they must give out special flica accounts to only a few. The latest system bid is NOT in my account.

Maybe I screwed it up; still a FLICA novice. I think I clicked on the wrong thing and got confused when I saw my name on the list and slots awarded. I guess I assumed my name would not be there. It must have self populated a previous bid. Sorry for the heart attacks.
