Southerner is there anything else continued on page 18 of the FOM? Appreciate your help and sending me this. It clarifies a lot.

I will happily take your slot if you don't want it! Not sure what you are worried about a senior FO anywhere at regionals is still getting a pay raise with the low B6 first year pay (and the 6k bonus if it's still happening), let alone once 2nd year pays kicks in. Reserve sucks anywhere but I'm sure being the plug at JetBlue beats out being a senior FO at xyz regional as long as you live in base
Okay so you're all freaking me out. I am so senior as an fo that now I have a class date and am actually thinking I won't be able to be alive after a year of this. So give a new hire some real advice. i live in jfk. what should I bid and what will the pay actually be like year one.
For me...
I would rather be the last guy on the seniority list at JetBlue than be the number one Captain/most senior guy at my last regional. (I could go on and on with inappropriate funny examples of other things I would rather do but I will spare you them) I never ever thought flying an EMB was anything more than a stepping stone and I pursued employment opportunities with reckless abandonment. I made it my job to get a job...but that's just me.
Btw milk came out my nose this morning when I read about how you compare your current position to working at jetBlue. SO THANKS FOR THAT

JetBlue is a great place to work. We have our problems (just like delta and American) but this is no stepping stone. When we get our CBA it will be even better. If you don't want to come here don't but don't call it a regional airline because we operate 190's. (btw, so does American.)
