Just for some reassuring metrics... There were 42 9/16 interviewees... And it appears that 37 are now in P2... That would indicate a P1 pass rate of just under 90%...

I mean the current round that is being called for interviews. From what was told to me by someone in recruitment is that the unpublished competitive mins are at least 5-6k TT plus pic time unless you're mil. I don't know one SIC without a very high rec being called.

Wow, was told that just not too long ago (past 2yrs) that 3k could get you at least the interview now it has essentially doubled. I can only hope along with my other SIC hopefuls that 2015 is more fruitful for those on the lower end of competitive mins (esp. for those that want to make a career at B6 for one reason or the other).

Yeah the 3000 TT says are gone for now.... They will come back as the industry is a cycle .. But out of many horses mouths , they want 5000tt plus and Pic if they can get it. Some squeeze by with less but recently they've been hard for that 5000tt. As far as the Pic goes it's seems to be secondary to the TT, not sure why.
