When did they call you for a interview? What is your background?

Or just the latest job fair that they attended? Just deciding if it's worth it this time around to attend again, or wait until I'm around the 5,000 TT figure I've been hearing.

They used to keep track. If you manage to run into the same recruiter that's certainly a plus. In my experience, as someone mentioned face time never hurts.

I went to the ERAU alumni thing in nov. 07' then hit an open house in February of 08'. Interviewed march 08', was in class April 08'. Then they stopped hiring! Lol. These days, guys are in the pool from 2-8months.

IMO, and it's just me, if you put in the effort to see them, they should at least find the time to interview you assuming all your ducks are lined up.

Goodluck

Default jetBlue Hiring

Seeing the recruiters at multiple job fairs def helps. It's certainly helped me to got on, if at the very least you can say oh yeah I was also here last year or at the open house etc, it shows initiative and desire that you want it. Recruiters def pay attention to this.

I don't think they would, but not sure. They have their own maintenance department. They care about you being able to follow the QRH if a problem happens airborne and working through the issue with your fellow crewmember.

Your other info is good, but it's actually a MAXIMUM of 3 letters, not a minimum. Additionally, internal letters of recommendation do not count toward the maximum of three. Very spot-on otherwise in my opinion.

Who should the letters of recommendation be made out to? Pilot Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or something else? Is there a specific address that should be included? Thanks.

From the simple:
JetBlue Airways
People Department

To the full address:
JetBlue Airways
27-01 Queens Plaza North
Long Island City, NY 11101
Attn: People Department

I don't think you'll go wrong either way.
