Got it, that makes sense now. I guess I'm now wondering if those documents show up in relation to the applicant when they're looking at a specific application or not.
More than likely I'm just worrying about it too much. Either they do or they don't, just put them up there anyway when they become available to me.
Thanks.

I believe that the section on your main login page pertaining to additional documents has some fine print above it stating to the effect that:
"Additional supporting documents can be uploaded for use when completing applications."
It seems as if it is just an online "holding tank" for your convenience to store documents to expedite the filling out of future applications. This is also why I am skeptical of the ability to upload more documents to your specific job application after it has been submitted merely by putting the documents on the "main login page". To me it seems as if that is just a user tool, and doesn't mean these documents are published anywhere.

I expect the 190 hiring numbers to pick back up. We shall see. Some of those guys holding lines could go back to reserve if enough transitions move in on top of them.
I'm not transitioning, but many of my buddies are in this next bid.

Way over staffed at the moment and very little movement. I'm around 2600 in seniority and I can't hold a line or even a build-up line.
Expect to fly around 5-10 hours a month. You could go 2 or 3 weeks of sitting in a crash pad with no calls.
If I was in BOS on the E190 I would hold a line. If I was JFK A320 I would hold a line.
Hopefully there is some movement in JFK on the E190, but as of the last few months it's been very stagnant with tons of reserves and almost no open time.

JFK E190 "right now" for junior people is a tough spot.

The addition of bases further dilutes pairings. If you have a moment to speak with some of the scheduling folks the education is worth it. Many times the addition of these bases, focus cities means a draw back in others. The proximity of DCA and the stage length of originating flights will not always exceed the daily average; ergo, non-commutable 10 hour two days and 15 hour rigged 3 days.

Are there any attrition numbers floating around? Looking to see how many numbers recent new hires have been moving up over the last year. Word from OBAP is they are going to be interviewing about 200 qualified apps from the conference. What is the split of hiring for attrition versus growth?
