The last couple of classes have had new hires go to FLL and MCO. That said, all bets are off with the next bid because the E190 will be retired next year. Who knows what the landscape will look like in that bid.

But, if you like guns, there's plenty to offer right over the border in NH that leaves you with a reasonsble drive to BOS.
Sure, I grew up in Mass and the education system is better. My post wasn't trying to convey that it's better to live in NH (I mean I'm biased and it is, but also we don't need more people moving here , it was more just stating that from what I've observed, I've met very few guys that live in Mass.

System bid last summer had LAX growing by about 30 FOs this year. This last class had 4 new hires get it, so definitely seems to be the case. Come on over, it's great here!

Oh I donht disagree, just adding some perspective from a MA guy. I'd much prefer NH as well, I just dont wanna move - I've grown roots.

Interviewed about 2 weeks ago. Phase II email recieved almost immediately after. Since then, been finishing up compliance items (background check, fingerprints, drug test). Are they waiting for those things to return before issuing a CJO? Or have people recieved CJO's while waiting for those tasks to be completed?

They told me Phase 2 was essentially a job offer unless you didn't disclose something serious. 30 days for me from phase 2 email to class date.

I applied two days ago and got a TBNT email within 20 hours of applying.
I have more than 12,000 hours and over 8,000 as PIC on B737. I've been a LCA for the last 8 years, as well as a safety officer / FOQA analyst, plus other extras for several years.
I did leave 'Certifications' blank as I was unsure what to put there. What should've gone in there...?
Any inputs on why they were so quick to dismiss my app? Is Jetblue only taking Airbus rated pilots at the moment?

In the past those who immediately got a TBNT email was due to an error or omission on the application. I would dig back through and see if there is anything else you missed. I can't remember what I put exactly when I applied for certifications but I would've at least put your pilot license in.

Yeah Its kind of odd the way the app is structured you do enter your pilot certfiicates in a another area I believe. it makes it seem like if you have some Lifegaurd certification thats whered youd put it. To echo what the other guy said just put in your ATP certs there......may help.

You referenced your 12,000 hours.....in a not too distant past some algorhythyms would flag that as too much experience and predictive anylytics did suggest that those applicants may have a high probability of retraining events. Not that I agree with it....but ask me how I know.

However I dont belive that is still a thing. But honestly even someone with 2,000 hours should not get a TBNT that quickly, so there is likely some error.
