Yeah, that was interesting advice when I interviewed.
For those who don't know....JetBlue doesn't pull your PRIA records until well into your training, so you need to tell them about everything up front. It's an absolute must to review your own PRIA records before the interview so that your story matches what they will find in the interview. Say, for example, you were in a non-AQP training environment before, but you repeated a non-jeopardy-event SIM for whatever reasons: JetBlue wants to know about this. It's not something that will hurt you, per se, but it's something they want to know about. Tell them everything. Have a concise experience to discuss for every little thing you think might be worth mentioning. They know that everyone has hiccups or a bad sim day; don't let that intimidate you. Be a real human being and you'll be fine.

I'd recommend reviewing any records that JetBlue would have access to when they filed the PRIA request.

when they ask you about check ride failures, could you just simply say “I don’t know all of them”

I assume you're being facetious, but with the average aviation personality type, I doubt there are many of us that can't recount specifics of our failures decades after the fact. If you, in fact, can't remember... probably a red flag in its own right.

🤣🤣🤣 definitely a sign of the times. So many - "I have 1501TT and applied to Delta 3 days ago" posts. Rising tides lift all ships, but there is definitely going to be some expectation management training for some in the future.
