Yessir I see a lot of that too... thats why I'm the most humble guy I know. Seriosuly though, thank you.

I just received an email asking me to fill out the flight history addendum and then standby for next steps. Does everyone get that or does this mean i'm being considered??
Thanks

Say that again for the people in the back row. If you ever needed an extra lesson before you could take your checkride, extra sim, extra IOE, in addition to any pink slips, failures, etc., disclose it. We have had people get caught by surprise when a PRIA had something that they didn't think was a big deal. Of course, it is a big deal at that point!

For those who don't know....JetBlue doesn't pull your PRIA records until well into your training, so you need to tell them about everything up front. It's an absolute must to review your own PRIA records before the interview so that your story matches what they will find in the interview. Say, for example, you were in a non-AQP training environment before, but you repeated a non-jeopardy-event SIM for whatever reasons: JetBlue wants to know about this. It's not something that will hurt you, per se, but it's something they want to know about. Tell them everything. Have a concise experience to discuss for every little thing you think might be worth mentioning. They know that everyone has hiccups or a bad sim day; don't let that intimidate you. Be a real human being and you'll be fine.

Personally, I would just disclose everything, even if it isn't on the PRIA. It's better to disclose more than to disclose less only to get asked about it later and risk losing the job.

What I am getting at is....you might want to invest in a interview prep course like Emrald Coast or something. Sure they aren't cheap, but it'll be small potatoes in the long run for what is a life changing opportunity.
