Invite to enter pilot selection process
9E FO MIL Fixed wing/rotor wing. Low time, I have my apps in with all of the majors. I Submitted my app 21Jun and received an invite to enter pilot selection 22 Jun, I was surprised how quickly they invited me given the fact I don’t have 121 TPIC, just under 100 MIL TPIC. I’m humbled to begin the selection process. Just wondering what I can expect during the phone screening ? JetBlue is one of my top choices so don’t want to blow this up! Thanks in advance.

Passed into phase 2 last Monday. Started the background check process and finger prints. Got a TBNT email today. Logged into the background check website..still shows in progress and the careers page shows in the compliance stage still (from 6.22). Is this normal after being told no? I emailed the recruiting department but it's late in the day.

Unless you legitimately have something in your background that you didn’t disclose, it may be a hiccup. Check your status tomorrow. I have heard of similar things happening to other people. i’m assuming they sent you the email saying that you have been approved by the flight operations team and given a tentative class date?

No I never got that email. I'm assuming it was the pilot hiring committee that turned me down. Other than getting a tbnt email a week later after moving onto p2 everything still shows in process ie back ground check. I'm guessing just a delay in the system. I emailed recruiting about it so guess find out an answer tomorrow..hopefully

I got my official class invite about 8 days ago and have already done fingerprints/drug screen/questionnaire. HireRight stuff is still in progress and I haven’t heard anything else aside from one email asking for a document. I also submitted the flight request form for my flight down there and didn’t get a response.
Anyone know if it just takes a bit? Or if I should expect some sort of itinerary a week or so out? Nothing in my background that would be a problem, just didn’t know if I should send an email
