THIS exactly, you’re not qualified to work at B6 yet. Just be patient, the app window isn’t going anywhere. Don’t come off entitled. You’re already giving a poor impression and a lack of maturity honestly. Also MINIMUM qualifications and preferred qualifications aren’t the same. There’s plenty of qualified applications on file. Also, The R-ATP may not be the only thing holding you back. Flight time is like 1/20th of your app score. Just because you’re above the minimum flight time requirement doesn’t necessarily mean your a good candidate, just saying.

However, they won’t even look at my application because I checked the box for having a restricted ATP, and I do meet all other requirements.
because you don’t have it. How many hours?

To be completely fair, I know of a pilot that was hired recently with a restricted (age) ATP. They met every other requirement, and yes they were the caboose. They were hired at 22.

I’ve got over 2000 hours with 121 and 135 experience. I know a few people with almost identical qualifications that got an interview, the only difference was age and the restriction. With all due respect, I’m not trying to come off entitled, just trying to figure out if anyone had experienced this and if it’s something I’m just going to have to wait on or if there was something else potentially holding me back.

You have over 2000 hours and they're not banging down your door to hire you? You just keep making yourself sound worse. Get the ATP and try again.

it’s probably an automatic no from the software. Just like on ups application if you don’t have 1000 pic they don’t even let you apply.

Default KFLL and hardware??

Ok so I can’t seem to find any threads about kfll, everything I see is about the north east. What’s the deal with the fll base? What’s the best way to get based there? Is it the plane your flying(best plane to bid for,320 or 220?) your seniority and if so how long would it take to get that base?

It’s a 320 base only. Ballpark junior person there is around 2 years or so seniority.
